Healthy Alternative Fair comes of age

margaretdale.jpgThe eighteenth healthy alternative fair  in the Atrium of The James Cook University Hospital launched preparations for the festive season in full force this week. With new exhibitors including Therapist Rachel Andrewsrachelandrews.jpg, & wool/knitting specialists Chris Laing Taylor clt.jpg& Diane Drinkhalldianedrinkhall.jpg, a superb line-up of opportunities was on offer. Simon from River Swalesimon.jpg proved to be as popular as ever with his usual magnificent range of organic vegetables, whilst Dulcie Brown again demonstrated why Tres Jolie has something for all tastestresjolie.jpg. Revenue & Customs correspondent Gill Prouse joined Gill Appleton & Sue from Middlesbrough Library services to promote our monthly book of the month podcastsgills.jpg- the first of which is online NOW. Shelagh Jones meanwhile combined her Goldshield Elite work with effortless networking from full-time Trust Chaplain Rev Malcolm Mastermanshelaghmalcolm.jpg ( who was also in full preparative mode for Tuesday`s carol service ) to arranging the after-show catering with Georginageorginasheilagh.jpg from the James Cook University Hospital Volunteers &  coping with colleagues from the Federation of Small Businessesfsb.jpg. David Eagle provided full keyboard accompaniment keyboards.jpgwhilst Ann Clement from Bush Essentials was delighted to show top children`s author Dean Wilkinson how to further enhance his museanndean.jpg. Graham proved as popular as ever with his healthy oriented confectionarygraham.jpg- the ideal partner to Norman Ogden from Smart Therapies & The Bowen technique normanquartz.jpg( in this instance feeling the power of the Quartz ). Decoupage card designer Rosemary Billington had her usual range of exquisite card designsrosemaryb.jpg whilst Chocs Away`s Tracy Hart`s wares were as tempting as evergilltracy.jpg and Daniel Strettle`s Ecoflow products for fuel-saving were spot onecoflow.jpg. Christine Elstob from Forever Living was content to simply soak up the atmosphere elstob.jpg- as was the cherrypicker ( whether leaving the Atrium ) cherryexit.jpgor being part of Andrew Snaith`s Chaos theory show.cherry.jpg delighted to have connected again with haematite specialists Dorothy Ditchburn & Nancy nancydorothy.jpg . All in all , as Sharon Shaw from New Dawnsharonshaw2.jpg noted a top way to wrap up the 2008 health Fair Season. with anticipation already building for the 2009 hafair valentine special Tuesday Feb 10th.bodyshop.jpg
