Middlesbrough Life Store launches new health campaign
- which covers Tees Valley, South Durham and North Yorkshire - has been set up to raise awareness of the symptoms of head and neck cancer and to encourage earlier diagnosis and treatment to help save lives. The newly formed group, which has strong links with the NHS but is independent of it, will also be working with key partners to develop the education of health workers and professionals.
A super launch took place covered by Lorna Whitlock
who not only took the opportunity to mingle with the barbershop quartet teams present but also connect with Life Store manager, and server of fruit & refreshments Lynn Blackburn
